Requirements: Professional experience building large, complex full stack applications and APIs. Experience or similar with Next.js, React, Python, PostgreSQL, GCP and AWS. Demonstrated experience with large language models (LLMs) or AI-related projects, including development, training, and implementation.
CUSTOMER SUCCESS
Customer success
Help build customer implementations, grow revenue, and nurture relationships with key partners. You'll be the primary point of contact for customs brokerages adopting our platform.
Requirements: Exceptionally strong customer-facing skills including clear and persuasive written and verbal communication. Comfort learning and teaching technical concepts related to software applications. Bonus points if you can read/write Javascript.
Product Manager

Drive the growth of our established products by applying your strategic vision to elevate their impact within DocUnlock's technology ecosystem.
Requirements: Proven track record in managing the lifecycle of complex products, from conception to launch. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and working knowledge of technologies such as Next.js, React, and cloud platforms like GCP and AWS. Experience in overseeing AI-driven projects, including strategy, execution, and market introduction.
