Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of DocUnlock's products and services (the "Service") by customers and their authorized users. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP, which is incorporated into and subject to DocUnlock's Terms of Service.

DocUnlock reserves the right to enforce this AUP in its sole discretion. DocUnlock is not obligated to monitor all use of the Service but may do so to ensure compliance, maintain service integrity, and protect its customers and systems.

Prohibited Activities

Customers and their authorized users must not use the Service to:

1. Unauthorized Access and Account Use Access the Service using credentials other than your own, share account credentials with unauthorized individuals, or permit use of the Service by anyone not authorized under your agreement with DocUnlock. Each user account is for a single named individual and may not be shared or transferred.

2. Illegal Activities Engage in, facilitate, or promote any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation, including laws governing customs, trade, import/export compliance, data protection, and privacy.

3. Threats and Harmful Content Transmit, upload, or store content that is threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise harmful to individuals or organizations.

4. Intellectual Property Infringement Violate the intellectual property rights of DocUnlock or any third party, including copyright, trademark, trade secret, or patent rights. This includes reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from DocUnlock's software, outputs, or documentation without express written authorization.

5. Security Interference Attempt to probe, scan, test, breach, circumvent, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or otherwise interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the Service or any related systems, networks, or infrastructure. This prohibition includes circumventing access controls, authentication mechanisms, or rate limits.

6. AI System Manipulation Attempt to extract, replicate, or probe DocUnlock's underlying AI models or algorithms, including through adversarial inputs, prompt injection, model extraction techniques, or systematic querying designed to reconstruct model behavior. Use of the Service to develop, train, or improve a competing product or service is strictly prohibited.

7. Misrepresentation and Spoofing Transmit false, misleading, or deceptive information, impersonate any person or entity, or engage in phishing, spoofing, or other deceptive practices.

8. Malware and Malicious Code Upload, transmit, or introduce software or materials that contain viruses, worms, trojan horses, ransomware, or any other malicious or harmful code that may damage, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to any system or data.

9. Unsolicited Communications Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or unauthorized commercial communications.

10. Resource Abuse Consume an unreasonable or disproportionate amount of Service resources — including bandwidth, storage, or API capacity — in a manner that degrades service quality for other users or places undue burden on DocUnlock's infrastructure.

11. Competitive Benchmarking Use the Service, its outputs, or any data derived therefrom to benchmark, evaluate, or otherwise assess DocUnlock's technology for the purpose of developing or improving a competing product or service.

12. Facilitating Violations Permit, encourage, or facilitate any third party — including subcontractors, clients, or agents — to engage in any activity prohibited by this AUP.

DocUnlock's failure to enforce any provision of this AUP on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision in the future. DocUnlock is not liable for any loss or damage arising from its enforcement actions taken in good faith.
